If you have eMailed, or telephoned us with a query, we will use your eMail address/telephone number to respond to you. We will not use or pass on your personal details to any other party with the exception of, for Members only, enabling any supplier to respond to you directly where your query relates to your order of goods or services.
From time to time we may conduct a survey. Participation is entirely voluntary and full details of the information requested and potential uses and disclosures of that information will be given with the notice of the survey.
